01 (Monday) ARRIVAL
Arriving clear immigration and customs then staff will transfer you to the Mena House hotel, where you will enjoy a Pyramid view room with private balcony. Overnight Cairo
VISAS: All travelers to Egypt are required to obtain a visa for entry. Citizens of certain countries can currently obtain one on arrival however this is subject to change without notice.
Day 02 (Tuesday) SAQQARA, DAHSHUR, MEMPHIS
A full day tour of Saqqara with it's famous Stepped Pyramid including entry to the elaborate tombs of Mereruka (vizier to king Teti) and the recently opened tomb of Maia (King Tut's wet nurse and maybe half sister). Dahshur with it's famous Bent and Red Pyramids plus the new Imhotep museum. Visit the ruins of Memphis, the ancient capital. Overnight Cairo (Buffet Breakfast)
03 (Wednesday) GREAT PYRAMID, SPHINX, SOLAR BOAT MUSEUM, PYRAMIDS OF THE QUEENS, TOMBS OF THE NOBLES, CAMEL RIDE
Tour of the Giza plateau where you will marvel at the seventh wonder of the world, the Great Pyramid. Stare into the face of the inscrutable Sphinx. Visit the Solar Boat museum and the pyramids of the Queens plus the tombs of the nobles. Enjoy a photo op camel ride. Overnight Cairo (Buffet Breakfast)

04 (Thursday) EGYPTIAN MUSEUM OF ANTIQUITIES, KHAN EL KHALILI BAZAAR
Enjoy a tour of the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities, featuring King Tut's treasures. Visit the Royal Mummies room. Then it's off to the famous Khan el Khalili bazaar where travelers have been finding bargains since the middle ages. Overnight Cairo (Buffet Breakfast)
05 (Friday) CAIRO TO ALEXANDRIA
Depart Cairo by air-conditioned vehicle for Alexandria. The city Alexander the Great built and Cleopatra made famous. Arriving enjoy the comfort of a sea view room at the beautiful Hilton Alexandria Corniche Hotel right on the shore of the Mediterranean Sea. Overnight Alexandria (Buffet Breakfast)
06 (Saturday) ALEXANDRIA RETURN TO CAIRO
Tour Alexandria including the Greco-Roman sites, the museums and the new world famous library. Return to Cairo in the evening and the comfort of the Concorde al Salam hotel or Le Meridien Airport hotel. (Buffet Breakfast)
07 (Sunday) FLY TO LUXOR, KARNAK SOUND AND LIGHT SHOW
Staff transfers you to the airport, assists with checking in and you fly to Luxor. Arriving staff transfers you to the Sonesta St. George hotel or the Maritim Kings Island Resortwhere you will have a Nile view room. In the evening attend the Karnak Temple sound and light show. 08 (Monday) BOARD CRUISE, TEMPLES OF KARNAK AND LUXOR
Staff will transfer you to your Five Star Deluxe Nile Cruiser, the M/S Amarco I or the Premier cruiser, M/S Saint George*. Lunch on board. Following lunch visit Luxor's East Bank Temple of Karnak and Temple of Luxor. Return to the ship for dinner followed by evening entertainment (please check with reception for the program schedule). 10 (Wednesday) TEMPLE OF HORUS AT EDFU, CRUISE TO KOM OMBO
Cruise to Edfu and visit the Temple of Horus, the best preserved of all the Nile temples. Cruise to Kom Ombo where you will dock for the evening. Dinner and evening entertainment. Overnight Cruise / Kom Ombo (Buffet Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)
11 (Thursday) TEMPLE OF TWO GODS, CRUISE TO ASWAN, TEMPLE OF PHILAE, UNFINISHED OBELISK, HIGH DAM
Enjoy a tour of the Temple of two gods. The temple is unique because its double design means that there are courts, halls, sanctuaries and rooms duplicated for two gods, Sobek and Haroeris. Cruise to Aswan. Lunch on board before visiting the Aswan High Dam, the Unfinished Obelisk and the Temple of Philae. Dinner followed by evening entertainment. 12 (Friday) FLY TO CAIRO (OPTIONAL EXCURSION TO ABU SIMBEL)
